FAN is a revamped community organization committed to providing a network of resources for young Filipino American adults.  We strive to be a hub through which our community, colleagues and members share news, resources and talents.

FAN is a revamped community organization committed to providing a network of resources for young Filipino American adults.  We strive to be a hub through which our community, colleagues and members share news, resources and talents.

Although Chicago boasts dozens of Fil-Am clubs and groups, FAN is the only one created by and for young Filipino American adults.  FAN is a recognition that our interests, challenges and experiences are often very different from those of our parents and other Filipino Americans.

FAN also recognizes that young Filipino American adults have many gifts and resources to offer to both our Filipino community and our wider American community.

On the surface, FAN presents a casual atmosphere of fun and building friendships.  On a deeper level, however, we offer our members an opportunity to develop themselves, to enrich their careers, and to learn about different community activities.

We are confident that we have the resources, talent and ability to accomplish these ambitious goals.  But we did not arrive at this point overnight.  In fact, it has been a long, but fulfilling process.
